Uchiha Itachi

The only other surviving Uchiha, Itachi is a master of doujutsu and is an S-Rank missing nin. He is Kisame's partner and a member of a mysterious organization. Designed with Redxmaverick.

Requirement to unlock: Mission: S-Rank Criminal Itachi!

 Skill:

Mangekyou Sharingan

Itachi activates his Mangekyou Sharingan. For 2 turns Itachi is invulnerable to enemy physical skills.

 Cooldown: 3

Chakra required:

 Classes: Mental, Instant, Unique

 Skill:

Tsukuyomi

Itachi mentally tortures one enemy for 3 days in a matter of seconds stunning their physical or mental skills for 3 turns.

 Cooldown: 4

Chakra required:

 Classes: Mental, Instant, Ranged, Unique

 Skill:

Amaterasu

Itachi does 15 affliction damage to one enemy every turn until Itachi is dead. If this skill is used on a different enemy the skill will end on the previous enemy. This skill is permanent and may not be used on an enemy that Amaterasu is currently affecting.

 Cooldown: None

Chakra required:

 Classes: Chakra, Instant, Ranged, Unique, Affliction

 Skill:

Sharingan Insight

This skill makes Uchiha Itachi invulnerable for 1 turn.

 Cooldown: 4
