Nidaime Hokage
Nidaime is the second Hokage and the grand uncle of Tsunade. He is very skilled with water jutsu, requiring no water source to perform them.
Skill:
Nidaime plunges the battlefield into total darkness. Nidaime and his allies are invulnerable to enemy melee skills for 1 turn.

Skill:
The following 2 turns Water Assault is improved and will do piercing damage. Ranged non-affliction skills that the enemy team uses, will do 5 less damage for 3 turns. During this time all enemies take 15 damage each turn.
Water Collision Destruction
The following 2 turns Water Assault is improved and will do piercing damage. Ranged non-affliction skills that the enemy team uses, will do 5 less damage for 3 turns. During this time all enemies take 15 damage each turn.

Classes: Physical, Action, Ranged
Skill:
Using summoned water, Nidaime does 15 damage to one enemy and no friendly effects may be used on that enemy for one turn. Note that effects that damage the performer of the skill itself are not included. During Water Collision Destruction this skill is improved and deals 20 piercing damage.

Requirements
1. BE ACTIVE AT THE CHATBOX 3-4 TIMES A WEEK AND ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN CLAN AFFAIRS
2. If you do not come to the chatbox, you will NOT receive a higher rank unless you can prove yourself worthy.

The Code of the Suishou Ryuu
1. Members must be loyal.

Tadpole - No requirements
Young Frog - Must be at least Genin or have a highest level of 6+
Toad - Must be at least Chuunin or have a highest level of 11+
Slimy Toad - Must be at least Missing-Nin or have a highest level of 16+
Sage Toad - Must be at least ANBU or have a highest level of 21+
Mountain Toad - Must be atleast Jounin or have a highest level of 26+
Monster Toad - Must be at least Sanin or have a highest level of 31+
9 Tailed Toad - Must be at least Jinchuuriki or have a highest level of 36+
Must have at least a 60% win percentage or have a highest win streak of 8
