Hello, no not characters but some balance tweak and a moderate rework of one character.

Reworks: Shikamaru, Kurenai, Shikamaru(S)
Rework/Nerf: Nidaime
Rework/Boost: Gai(S)
Nerfs: Kyuubi Naruto
Boosts: Anko, Kisame

Read specific changes here.
Discuss balance here.

As soon as the anime moves out of fillers there will be new characters and your patience will be rewarded.
