Darui (S)

Darui (S) is a jounin of the Hidden Cloud Village and the right hand of the Yondaime Raikage. Despite his appearance Darui (S) is a formidable shinobi.
Requirement to unlock: Mission: The Dull Genius of the Cloud
 Skill:

Laser Circus

Darui (S) uses Laser Circus on one enemy stunning their mental and ranged skills for 1 turn. All other enemies will be dealt 20 piercing damage. This skill ignores invulnerability.
 Cooldown: 1
Chakra required:
 Classes: Chakra, Ranged, Control, Unique
 Skill:

Electric Water Encampment Wall

Darui (S) uses Electric Water Encampment Wall on all enemies dealing 5 affliction damage*. The following turn Laser Circus and Black Panther Lightning will deal an additional 5 damage to an enemy affected by this skill.
 Cooldown: 1
Chakra required:
 Classes: Chakra, Ranged, Instant, Unique, Affliction*
 Skill:

Black Panther Lightning

Using Black Panther LIghtning Darui (S) targets one enemy dealing 45 damage.
 Cooldown: 1
Chakra required:
 Classes: Chakra, Ranged, Unique, Instant
 Skill:

Cleaver Sword Defense

This skill makes Darui (S) invulnerable for 1 turn.
 Cooldown: 4

 Classes: Physical, Instant

But Darui has Laser Circus which is stun + ignore invulnerability + AOE + piercing + only one specific and one random. Sasuke (S)
s only attack is pretty much Kirin, because it's pretty obvious whenever someone uses his counter and 4 turns for 10 damage takes too long. It's a matter of do they have any other good skills at all.
